Every gravy we serve begins hours before the doors open — onions caramelized slowly, whole spices toasted by hand, meat marinated overnight before it ever meets the tandoor.
Our menu moves between worlds: the home-style curries of Punjab, the wok-tossed Indo-Chinese fusion born on the streets of Kolkata, and the smoky karahi and chaat of Lahore — all made here exactly as they would be at home.
